Photos from our March 2023 Israel, Greece & Turkey Tour

Our tour began in Israel, where we visited Caesarea by the Sea, Megiddo, Mt. Carmel, Nazareth, Chorazin, Sea of Gelilee, Capernaum, Peter’s Primacy, and Magdala. Then we stopped in the northern part of the Galilee to visit Kursi, Tel Dan, Caesarea Philippi and Shiloh.

Our tour guide was willing to take us to visit an Escape Room in Tiberais in the evening…just for some added fun!

We visited the location where our future bomb shelter will be placed (see next post). Then Masada, Ein Gedi, the Dead Sea, Qumran. In Jerusalem we visited the Western Wall Tunnels, Mount of Olives, Garden of Gethsemene and while in the City of David, we walked through Hezekiah’s tunnel. We visited the Garden Tomb in the evening for a beautiful setting with no crowds! We visited the Jaffa Gate, Herod’s Palace and the Museum of Israel.

Then we got on the Celyste Cruises and visited Athens, Mykonos, Kusadasi (Ephesus) and the Island of Patmos. The next day we visited the beautiful Santorini. In Athens we went to the Acropolis, Parthenon, Mars Hill and Corinth.
